Pei Pei Rossewey

MS, OTR/L, CLWT,

Founder of Lymph At Home

Pei Pei is a dedicated occupational therapist, specialized wound care and lymphedema clinician, and the passionate CEO and Founder of Lymph At Home.

She began her academic journey at the College of Charleston, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology, before going on to receive her Master of Science in Rehabilitation Science with an emphasis in Occupational Therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC).

With a career in wound care beginning in 2004, she expanded her expertise by obtaining her Lymphedema Certification from the prestigious Academy of Lymphatic Studies in 2011. Discovering a deep passion for helping patients navigate complex lymphatic issues, she went on to earn her Wound Care Certification from the International Lymphedema and Wound Care Institute (ILWCI) in 2020. Today, she combines these highly specialized skill sets to provide compassionate, expert mobile care directly to patients in the comfort of their homes.

When she isn’t caring for patients, she is dedicated to her other life’s passion: animal rescue. In 2019, she founded Mutts and More Rescue, a standalone 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Having fostered and saved hundreds of animals, she currently shares her home with her three beloved dogs (Ava, Poncho, and Squirt), three bearded dragons (Benny, Jordi, and Kai), and a

beautiful leopard gecko named Raya.

April Drugash

COTA/L, CLWT

April Drugash is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) specializing in lymphedema management and wound care since February 2022. A Pinellas County native, she is passionate about helping patients heal wounds, reduce swelling, and improve their quality of life through compassionate, personalized care.

Outside of treating patients, April enjoys spending time with her two daughters, swimming, fishing, visiting the beach, gardening, and indulging her sweet tooth. She is passionate about her work and feels honored to support her patients on their journey toward healthier, happier lives.

Rachel Williams

COTA/L, CLT

Jarrett Dottin

OTR/L, MOT, CLT

JD is an occupational therapist and Certified Lymphedema Therapist specializing in personalized, in-home lymphedema management. He is passionate about helping clients reduce swelling, improve mobility, and feel more confident managing their condition.

Outside of therapy, Jarrett enjoys spending time with his family and creating educational and product focused content across social media. As a digital content creator, he shares practical product reviews, everyday solutions, and professional insights to help individuals and families make more informed decisions for their needs.

Katherine Ambagan

Office Manager

Katherine "Kath" Ambagan brings over 15 years of experience in operations, financial analysis, and executive support to her role as Office Manager at Lymph at Home. Working remotely from the Philippines, Kath keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes by ensuring our daily operations, administrative workflows, and virtual schedules run seamlessly. With extensive expertise in digital workspace tools, financial management, and executive support, she is the go-to person for keeping our remote team organized and our day-to-day operations running efficiently.

From coordinating complex schedules to streamlining administrative processes, Kath's focus is on providing the support our clinical team needs to deliver exceptional patient care. Her dedication to organization and operational excellence helps ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her children and making the most of family time.

Venus Pinon

Office Manager Assistant

Venus is an Executive Assistant and Medical Virtual Assistant with experience supporting therapy clinics and business leaders through executive support, patient coordination, billing assistance, workflow automation, and digital marketing. She is passionate about creating efficient systems that help teams stay organized and focused on delivering excellent patient care and business growth.

Outside of work, Venus enjoys cooking and reading light novels. She is also working toward a personal goal of living a healthier lifestyle before the end of the year by building better habits and prioritizing her well-being.
